That must be so confusing for the dogs. I just hope they screen people well.
Wow... What a bizarre idea. Sounds like children of divorced parents who get shuffled around all the time. Or foster kids.
I don't know if that's good for the dogs overall, but yeah, I guess it's better than taking it to the pound if you decide you didn't really want a dog after all. :(
